The Unissula Bachelor of Law Study Programme has retained its “Unggul” (Excellent) accreditation from the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (BAN-PT), as set out in BAN-PT Decree No. 6385/SK/BAN-PT/Ak.Ppj/S/X/2024. The accreditation is valid from 31 October 2024 to 31 October 2029.
“Alhamdulillah, the Unissula Bachelor of Law Study Programme has retained its Unggul accreditation from BAN-PT through 2029. May this achievement deepen our gratitude to Allah SWT and encourage the academic community to deliver the best service in education,” said the Rector of Unissula, Prof Dr Gunarto SH MH, on Tuesday, 22 October 2024.
The Dean of the Faculty of Law, Dr Jawade Hafidz SH MH, also expressed his gratitude. “We are very grateful that the programme has retained its Unggul accreditation. It strengthens our resolve to continue our internationalisation programme, because we have broad cooperation with law faculties at home and abroad,” he said.
The accreditation also raises the motivation to deliver the best performance for the public and for students in particular, to continue outreach to prospective students, and to collaborate with other study programmes.
According to Jawade, the Unggul accreditation further reflects growing public trust in the programme. “Our students are distributed evenly — they come from every region of Indonesia, as well as international students from various countries,” he added.
He also praised the cohesion and shared spirit behind the achievement. “This is the result of hard work and unity across the entire academic community of the Faculty of Law. We also thank the Rector and the leadership team, as well as the Sultan Agung Endowment Foundation, who continually motivate and inspire us to deliver our best,” he concluded.
