Sejarah Fakultas Hukum UNISSULA

Fakultas Hukum Universitas Islam Sultan Agung (FH UNISSULA) berdiri sejak tahun 1961, bersamaan dengan berdirinya Universitas Islam Sultan Agung. Sejak awal, FH UNISSULA berkomitmen mengembangkan ilmu hukum yang tidak hanya unggul secara akademik, tetapi juga berlandaskan nilai-nilai Islam dan berorientasi pada kemaslahatan umat. Selama lebih dari 63 tahun, FH UNISSULA telah melahirkan ribuan sarjana hukum yang berkiprah di berbagai bidang profesi, baik di tingkat nasional maupun internasional. Dengan dukungan dosen profesional, kurikulum yang relevan, serta fasilitas yang memadai, FH UNISSULA terus berinovasi untuk menjadi fakultas hukum terdepan dan berdaya saing global.

Vision

To become an excellent and internationally competitive Bachelor of Law Study Programme, producing law graduates who master, analyse, and apply modern legal science grounded in Islamic values — adaptive to the development of science and technology, and shaped by the Khaira Ummah character through Islamic Academic Culture (BUDAI).

Mission

  1. 1Deliver excellent, inclusive, flexible, adaptive, accelerative, and student-centred legal education to produce law graduates who master, analyse, and apply modern legal science grounded in Islamic values and Khaira Ummah character through Islamic Academic Culture (BUDAI).
  2. 2Advance legal science through multidisciplinary research and innovation responsive to developments in science, technology, digital technology, and artificial intelligence (AI), producing excellent, relevant, and internationally competitive legal knowledge and solutions.
  3. 3Carry out community service and Islamic da'wah based on legal science, research results, technology, and innovation to provide solutions to real problems, improve public welfare, and contribute to the development of Islamic civilisation within the framework of rahmatan lil 'alamin.
  4. 4Develop the internationalisation of the tridharma, Islamic Academic Culture (BUDAI), and trustworthy, professional, inclusive, adaptive, data-driven governance of the Study Programme through global partnerships, self-evaluation, quality assurance, risk management, and continuous programme improvement.
